1.       This Family Getaway Vacation offer is valid for a two night hotel getaway for two adults and two children at your choice of over 125 destinations throughout the United States. Extra nights may be available for an additional fee. Guests are responsible for hotel taxes and fees.

2.     To be eligible for this offer, adults must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license and major credit card.

3.     This program is not valid on major holidays and a full 7 days before or after a major holiday. (Major holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas and all Canadian holidays). Surcharges may apply for peak season & weekends.

4.      Travelers are responsible for charges incurred in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to: taxes, transportation and surcharges.

5.      Group travel is not permitted nor more than one certificate requesting to travel together. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other vacation offer or travel certificate.

6.      This certificate has no cash redemption value and cannot be sold to the end user.

7.      It is the responsibility of the end user to provide proper documentation such as Passports, Birth Certificates, Visas, Photo IDs, etc. for International departure if necessary.  It is important that you do not leave for your vacation until you have received your reservation confirmation voucher from the booking agency.

8.      Cancellations must be made in writing and penalties may apply once reservations have been confirmed.

9.      Worldwide Travel Systems does not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense or inconvenience, nor for loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or property at any hotel or on any aircraft/ship, or in transit to and from said hotel/aircraft/ship, nor for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God.

10.     This offer is void where prohibited by law. No other representations, oral or otherwise, are valid in conjunction with this offer. Worldwide Travel Systems is not to held responsible for any acts of God, and/or any circumstances beyond its control.

11.     This vacation offer expires 1 year from date of registration and travel must be completed before expiration date.

12.     Hotels are subject to change and space availability. Airfare, taxes, transportation, gratuities are not included.

14.     Costs associated with this Family Getaway Vacation are as follows: (1.) The registration fee stated on your travel certificate. (already paid) (2.) A one-time non-refundable $89.95 per person administration charge due within 60 days of the registration date by providing your information on the form below.  (3.) A non-refundable registration charge of $50 deposit is due when submitting final documentation to the booking agency, (4.) Hotel taxes at the time of check-in, (5.) $4.95 processing fee mailed along with the travel document to the booking company.
